Yesterday I asked my roommate ,'' What do you like of yourself?" She thought in silence for several minutes. Than she replied to me,“I don`t know."
I was stunned.My friend is tall,beautiful,kind and compassionate.However she couldn`t see any of them.
She is not alone.Low self-esteem has become the biggest issue plaguing women.People respect us as much as we respect ourselves.That`s why the absence of self-confidence can telegraph to others not to believe in us.
