My Graduate Recommendation Form

Just now I received my Graduate Recommendation Form with only one seal on it.I don`t know what happened with it.Maybe it is because I was too late to handle in it.But I was puzzled why there is a school`s steal on it....Now I don`t be willing to know how it happened,but how to deal with it since Jessica is so urgent to see my copy of the Graduate Recommendation Form with full steals on it.
At this time,I think of Liao naturally,who helped me handed it in a few days ago.But should I contact him again since I always call him when I need help?Should I always bother him although I really have no time to do these things.But...
